Naps. I hated them as a kid; love them as an adult. Naps provide an escape for a weary soul and give you a boost to get through the remainder of the day.
Naps are good. They give the mind a chance to clear and the body an opportunity to relax. Just be careful not to nap too long or you might be up all night!
